CARSBEAT is a digital generation online platform. We provide a stage to allow our users to buy spare parts from the various vendors listed on this platform. We also allow our users to sell used cars or their damaged cars. These activities are permissible subject to acceptance and compliance of our Terms and Conditions.
By using CARSBEAT app or website (including associated website) you understand that CARSBEAT does not control, and is not responsible for ads, directory information, business listings/information, messages between users, including without limitation e-mails sent from outside CARSBEAT domain or other means of electronic communication, whether through the platform or another third-party website.
By using or visiting these Terms and Conditions you signify your understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to any of these Terms of Service, please do not use the service. Services (as defined below) are provided by CARSBEAT, which, along with its products and services, is referred to as “CARSBEAT” in these Terms of Service.
Although we may attempt to notify you when any changes are made to these Terms of Service, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version. CARSBEAT may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in these Terms of Service shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
Terms of Service
The terms and conditions on which CARSBEAT has agreed to provide transaction facilitation services to you (“Buyer”) are set out below:
- CARSBEAT is a platform which develop and enhance coordination between its users and provides facilitation services amongst the users.
- CARSBEAT does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the purchased items / vehicle.
- A Buyer may elect to withdraw from negotiations at any time without any penalty, but not when there is an agreed-upon sale, at which point the negotiation process is deemed to be completed.
- CARSBEAT does not allow online money transaction.
- The Buyer acknowledges that CARSBEAT is not an e-commerce marketplace. CARSBEAT solely acts as a classified publishing platform and provider of transaction facilitation services for the sale of new or used spare parts and vehicles to help willing Buyers and sellers to buy and sell the desired spare parts or vehicles (“Services”).
- CARSBEAT shall not negotiate with the seller on behalf of the Buyer and does not participate in sales transaction.
- CARSBEAT shall not be responsible in the event the Buyer is unable to procure spare parts or vehicle by obtaining the Services.
- The User agrees to share their contact details with the CARSBEAT team and the selected seller(s) or users for correspondence and communication purpose related to the Services.
- Users approved CARSBEAT to utilize their contact details for promotional activities such as sending messages, emails, mails, greetings etc. through approved means of communication.
- The User agrees to allow sellers or users to contact them through details provided on respective enquiry.
- The Buyer understand and has specifically acknowledged and agreed that the Buyer shall be making the payment of the services to the seller and taking delivery thereof of the products and CARSBEAT shall not be liable for any services or payment related discrepancy/ disputes.
- The users acknowledge and agrees that CARBEAT is not responsible for any misinformation, inadequate information, insufficient details shared or exchanged for spare parts or vehicles on this platform.
- CARSBEAT shall bear no liability arising from the describe services, loss of money, under performance car, inferior quality of products etc. as CARSBEAT is only a platform connecting the user and suppliers. CARSBEAT does not deal with the suppliers on behalf of the any user(s).
- CARSBEAT shall not entertain any request or act as an intermediary for cancellations/return post the successful purchase of the spare parts or vehicle.
- The Buyer agrees that it is the responsibility of the Buyer to take or arrange or coordinate for the final delivery with the Seller.
- Any misbehavior, bullying, use of abusive language or threat, illegal activities or improper conduct by the users shall be unacceptable and might lead to cancellation of the membership or termination of granted access and potential legal actions in accordance with Law of United Arab Emirates within its Jurisdiction can be taken.
